Programs
Through Dahn Yoga and Ki-Gong, our students gain the valuable experience of thoroughly knowing the body through personal experience. Dahn Yoga is scientifically designed to work every muscle, tendon, joint, organ and gland, while moving fresh oxygenated blood throughout the whole body. You will experience and balance the flow of Ki energy in the body, enhance concentration and reduce stress response.
Ki Gong or "Energy Movement", is practiced to heighten sensitivity, strength and stamina, correct physical posture and energy alignment, and con troll the energy system. By developing "relaxed strength", emotional balance and postural alignment, our students excel in all areas. Once mastered, these techniques can be utilized as a self maintenance program.
